Santa Banta series started with their names taken from Satwant Singh, Beant Singh who killed Indra Gandhi for her misdeeds on Golden temple. In sikh history, there were 2 warriors named Sukha Singh and Mehtab Singh who killed Massa Rangarh who desecrated the Golden Temple by smoking and drinking inside there while watching dancing girls. Zakaria khan got irritated when Massa got killed and ordered mass massacre of sikhs by putting price on sikhs heads. Shame on you guys who make sardar jokes.
